Poket wants you to be satisfied with our software. If, for any reason, Poket software you subscribe does not meet your expectations, Poket will refund your subscription if you contact us to request a refund within 30 days of the first payment.
Only Poket Lite, Pro & Premium Plan subscription are eligible for a refund.
Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days.
Refunds requested more than 30 days after your first payment date will not be issued.
